Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative Automation Transformation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation and AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, optimize business processes, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automation solutions using RPA technologies

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and intelligent automation across business functions.

• Build AI and machine learning models to support predictive analytics and business insights.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

• Integrate AI capabilities such as NLP, OCR, and intelligent document processing into automation workflows.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation and AI solutions to ensure reliability and performance.

• Support digital transformation initiatives and contribute to innovation strategies within the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

0-2 years of experience in Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Software Development, or a related field.

Experience in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar platforms.

Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts and data analytics techniques.

Experience with Python

Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and system integrations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
