  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
  • Collaborate with product, development, QA, and client teams.
  • Drive requirement analysis and process improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support UAT activities.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.


Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Expertise in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • FinTech/BFSI domain experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of APIs, software products, or SaaS platforms is an added advantage.
  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
