Job Summary

• Nestal Concept Limited is seeking a reliable, professional, and safety-conscious Company Driver to support the company’s daily real estate operations.
• The ideal candidate must be punctual, courteous, familiar with Abuja roads, and committed to providing a safe and comfortable experience for clients while maintaining the company’s professional image.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting staff, clients, and prospective property buyers or tenants to property inspection locations, meetings, and other official engagements across Abuja.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow traffic regulations, company policies, and all road safety requirements.
• Assist with the movement of company documents, property inspection materials, and other authorized items.
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle maintenance where required.
• Maintain a polite, respectful, and professional attitude when dealing with clients and visitors.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and presentable company vehicle at all times.
• Ensure timely arrival at scheduled property inspections and client appointments.
• Safely transport company staff, clients, and prospective buyers or tenants to property inspections, site visits, meetings, and other official appointments.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks, including fuel, engine oil, tyres, brakes, coolant, and other essential components.
• Support other reasonable operational duties assigned by management.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding clients, property transactions, company information, and business discussions.
• Report vehicle faults, maintenance needs, accidents, or unusual occurrences promptly to management.

• Vehicle cleanliness and proper maintenance.
• Responsible use of company vehicles and resources.
• Professional conduct and positive client experience.
• Safe and accident-conscious driving.
• Punctuality for property inspections and client appointments.
• Accurate trip and fuel records.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Neat appearance, good conduct, and a customer-service mindset.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to work flexible hours when property inspections or client appointments require it.
• Previous experience driving for a real estate company or corporate organization is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Abuja roads, estates, districts, and major property locations.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of professional driving experience.
• A valid Nigerian driver’s licence appropriate for the vehicle being operated.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong punctuality, reliability, and time-management skills.

Reporting Line:

• The Company Driver will report directly to the Managing Director or a designated Operations Manager.
