Functional Safety Specialist
to join our Automation team.

As our Functional Safety Specialist, you will have a key role in automation engineering. You'll leverage your expertise to guide and mentor the automation design team, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and across various engineering disciplines, from initial studies and basic engineering to detailed design, implementation, and commissioning. The position will be located in Kilpilahti, Porvoo. We provide a free commuter bus service from Helsinki and nearby regions to Kilpilahti. Partial remote work or working at our remote working office in Espoo are also possible.

Keys to success in this role
Experience in process automation engineering (10 + years)
M.Sc. or B.Sc. in automation engineering or other applicable field
Knowledge of SIS automation systems and functional design
Experience in functional safety life cycle engineering and standards
Functional Safety certification
The ability of self-initiative and solution-seeking attitude
