Senior Systems Development Engineer
Our customers’ system requirements are usually highly complex. Bringing together hardware and software systems design, Systems Development Engineering operates at the very cutting edge of technology to meet them. We design and develop electronic and electro-mechanical or systems-orientated products, conduct feasibility studies on engineering proposals and prepare installation, operation and maintenance specifications and instructions. We’re proud to deliver programs and products to the highest quality standards, on time and within budget.
What you’ll achieve:
As a Senior Engineer, you will lead complex feature development, improve system reliability, and mentor teammates. You will contribute to design, ensure testability, and drive automation across the delivery lifecycle.

You will:- Design and implement features with strong unit/integration tests and observability.
- Triage and solve production issues with root cause analysis and prevention.
- Coordinate with product, QA, and operations on release readiness and sign-offs.
- Mentor developers on code quality, performance, and secure coding practices.

Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience
- Proficiency in modern systems development and code review standards.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record of reducing defects and improving stability.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- AWS/GCP/Azure associate-level certification or equivalent tooling expertise
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $131k - $169k.
