Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 3-7+ years leading engineering teams, or a senior engineer ready to step into management.
• Strong hands-on experience in C# /. NET and advanced SQL.
• Experience designing and scaling distributed systems and service-oriented architectures.
• Strong experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native design patterns.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to stay technically hands-on while managing people, priorities, and delivery.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• SaaS, HCM, or compliance-driven platform experience is a plus.
