The Role :
We are looking for a mid-level Growth Product Manager (36 years of experience) to join our team and help drive the vision and execution of our Customer Engagement & Experience suite.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure successful go-to-market outcome.
What youll do :
- Collaborate with leadership to refine and execute the product vision and roadmap.
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
- Define product differentiators and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Prioritize features balancing client needs and long-term product goals.
- Write user stories, PRDs, and wireframes; partner with engineering to deliver high-quality releases.
- Ensure the product :
1. Creates a seamless, personalized experience for end users.
2. Drives measurable ROI for our clients.
3. Is simple to integrate and adopt.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to partner across GTM, sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success teams.
What were looking for :
- 36 years of experience in product management, ideally in a B2B/B2C SaaS or martech environment.
- Strong understanding of data, databases, and APIs.
- Comfort with analytics, algorithms, and data-driven decision-making; familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus.
- Experience working with e-commerce or customer engagement products is an advantage.
- Ability to write clear product specs and work closely with engineers and designers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, user-first mindset, and passion for building intuitive products.
- Familiarity with APIs and API testing and tools like Postman, Swagger etc.
- Prior experience using some of the following products : Appsflyer, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Segment, Zappier, Branch, Tealium, Treasure data is a plus.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to partner across sales, marketing, engineering, and success teams.
