You will partner with clients to build and scale companies and products, gaining hands-on experience with modern tools and practices.
You will likely engage in Tech Leadership roles within fields of: Project Management, Product Management, Organisational development, Product Discovery & Growth, Technology strategy & Advisory, Digital transformation, Leadership & Coaching and other strategic positions at the intersection of technology, leadership, and innovation.
Who you are
- You have a proven track record of previous deliveries in related roles: 1-4 years of professional experience in software development projects alongside software developers, in roles such as Product Manager or Tech Project Manager.
You hold a Master’s Degree with a recent graduation year in Engineering, Technology, or a similar field.
You are fluent in written and spoken English; Finnish language skills are a plus.
You thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy collaborating with diverse thinkers, and bring a balance of technical and leadership skills, we want to hear from you.
- You enjoy meeting your colleagues in person and working onsite, both at your client's office and at the Netlight office. You are based in Helsinki, or willing to relocate here.
