Working Student – Impact & Startup Accelerator Program Support
Your Role
Our Impact & Startup Accelerator Program connects consultants who are currently between client engagements to two kinds of work: pro-bono/impact projects for NGOs and social ventures, and subsidized consulting projects for early-stage startups. You'll join us in help building the operational backbone that lets the program scale.
As a working student, you will own the operational engine of the program: tracking, documentation, first-pass triage, and dashboard upkeep.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining a structured overview of incoming client requests and available consultants, and orchestrating an initial matching process
Ownership for tracking key program data (capacity status, commitments, deadlines) and flagging anything that requires action or attention
Supporting communication with stakeholders such as preparing briefing materials, status updates, notetaking and taking part in meetings.
Maintaining a dashboard of program metrics and compiling regular reporting
Documenting and continuously improving how the program runs, as processes are still being defined - an interest in AI-driven automation is a plus
