Senior Data Scientist (Agentic Solutions)

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our Agentic Solutions team, focused on driving innovation through the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered agentic solutions. This role sits at the intersection of data science, generative AI, product innovation, and client delivery, helping translate complex business problems into practical, scalable AI solutions.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, delivery-oriented, and excited about applying advanced analytics, machine learning, large language models, and agentic AI frameworks to real-world use cases. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, solutions, and customer-facing stakeholders, to prototype, validate, and deploy intelligent solutions that create measurable business impact.

This role is well-suited for someone who combines strong technical depth with practical execution, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and deliver AI and agentic solutions for internal and client-facing use cases.

• Apply data science, machine learning, and generative AI techniques to solve complex business problems.

• Partner with product, engineering, and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable solution designs.

• Evaluate model performance, solution quality, and business impact using data-driven methods.

• Support experimentation, proof-of-concepts, and production-ready implementations.

  Communicate insights, recommendations, and technical approaches clearly to stakeholders.

  Stay current with emerging trends in AI agents, LLMs, automation, and applied data science.

Requirements

• Strong experience in data science, machine learning, analytics, or applied AI.

• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, data analysis, and model development workflows.

• Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, or agentic AI frameworks.

• Experience working on client-facing, delivery-focused, or product-oriented technical initiatives.

• Ability to move from ambiguous problem statements to practical, implemented solutions.

• Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams.
