Associate Accountant
About The Opportunity
Netrix Global is seeking an Associate Accountant responsible for maintaining efficient processes that initiate the preparation of monthly invoices. Maintains and/or ensures maintenance of client records related to invoicing. Creates billing to ensure accuracy, resolving inconsistencies as needed. In partnership with key internal stakeholders including Sales, Legal, Accounting, and other departments, the coordinator upholds critical processes including customer sales order processing and invoicing.
How You Will MakeAn Impact
- As a member of our growing team, the Associate Accountant’s duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Adhere to accounting policies.
- Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
- Support Billing and Accounts Receivable processes
- Support month-end close and financial consolidation of Corporate and International entities
- Manage regulatory compliance with various government agencies, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
What You Will BringTo The Table
- Managing cash process and supporting various banking activities
- Support annual Audit, including support pulls and PBC preparation
- Performing ad-hoc accounting projects, including UAT and technical accounting analyses
- Proficient in MS Office and data entry; working knowledge of ERP software is a plus.
- Comfortable with mathematics and financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- A passion for process definition, documentation, and improvement is highly desired.
