Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities

• Assist with mechanical engineering design, development and implementation of engineering solutions.
• Support the engineering team with technical investigations, troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Assist with equipment inspections, maintenance planning and engineering assessments.
• Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and design documentation.
• Participate in engineering projects, installations, commissioning and testing activities.
• Assist with identifying opportunities to improve equipment performance, reliability and operational efficiency.
• Prepare technical reports, calculations and engineering documentation.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance and other technical departments.
• Ensure engineering activities comply with relevant safety, quality and technical standards.

Minimum Requirements

• BEng / BSc / BEngTech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Recently graduated or with a maximum of 1–2 years' relevant working experience.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
• Knowledge of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Exposure to CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar will be advantageous.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a practical engineering environment.
