Tech stack of Network Finance

A leading engineering solutions provider is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to join their team in Rustenburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the mining and industrial sectors across the North West region.

Working closely with senior leadership, the successful incumbent will focus on building strong client relationships, driving pipeline growth, supporting tender opportunities, and expanding the company's footprint within mining operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional with a passion for business development and relationship management.

Education:

  • Technical qualification in Electrical, Electronic, Automation, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering field advantageous
Job Experience & Skills Required:
  • 3-5 years' experience in sales or business development
  • Exposure to mining, engineering, electrical, or industrial sectors
  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Experience engaging with engineering teams, procurement departments, project managers, and EPCM companies advantageous
  • Ability to develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Experience assisting with tender responses and submissions advantageous
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify market opportunities
  • Experience with LinkedIn campaigning advantageous
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the North West region
