Responsibilities:
- Manage standard costing and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
- Analyse manufacturing costs, WIP, and inventory.
- Investigate costing variances and identify savings.
- Prepare cost and management reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting.
- Partner with production teams to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Relevant Finance, Accounting, or Cost & Management Accounting qualification.
- 3-5 years’ Cost Accounting experience in manufacturing or FMCG.
- Essential: Food manufacturing experience.
- Strong knowledge of standard costing, BOMs, WIP, and variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel and excellent analytical skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially minded approach.
