As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with Technical, Product, and Sales teams to deliver actionable insights, develop reporting frameworks, and create meaningful dashboards that support business performance.

This role offers the opportunity to work with market intelligence platforms, business intelligence tools, compliance reporting, product analytics, and sales data while helping to cultivate a data-driven culture across the organisation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, validate, analyse, and interpret business data from multiple sources
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and automated reporting solutions
  • Create meaningful reports, visualisations, and insights to support business decision-making
  • Monitor and analyse operational, technical, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Design and maintain KPI dashboards to measure and track business performance
  • Support product and technical teams through compliance reporting and documentation analysis
  • Monitor document review cycles, certifications, and compliance-related information
  • Analyse market intelligence, customer trends, and content utilisation data
  • Generate lead intelligence and actionable market insights for sales teams
  • Support knowledge management initiatives and continuous improvement programmes
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and information accessibility
Job Experience and Skills Required:
  • Education:
    • Grade 12 / Matric
    • Relevant qualification in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, or related field advantageous
    • Data Analytics or Business Intelligence certifications advantageous
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in data analysis, reporting, customer service reporting, or sales reporting environments
    • Experience working with business intelligence and reporting platforms
    • Experience working with ERP systems advantageous
  • Technical Skills:
    • Power BI or similar Business Intelligence platforms
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel
    • Dashboard development and reporting automation
    • Data modelling and data visualisation
    • Data cleansing and validation techniques
    • Market intelligence and reporting analysis
    • SQL and database querying advantageous
    • ERP systems such as SAP advantageous
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
    • Presentation development and reporting skills
    • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
    • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
    • Passion for continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making
