Minimum Requirements

BCom degree
5 - 10 years' relevant experience
Strong financial accounting and reporting background
Experience across compliance and financial controls
Understanding of legal and regulatory processes
Strong Excel and accounting systems knowledge

Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial accounting and reporting processes
Ensure strong financial controls and compliance across the business
Monitor collections and support cash-flow management
Work closely with operational teams to improve processes and efficiencies
Analyse financial and operational performance
Provide financial insights to senior management
Monitor business processes and identify areas for improvement
Assist with strategic projects and ad hoc analysis
Act as a key link between finance, operations and senior leadership
