- Ensure compliance with security and industry standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- Previous experience leading delivery teams.
- Strong JavaScript development background.
- Proven mentoring and leadership ability.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience designing and structuring enterprise solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong client-facing experience.
- Ability to work across various technologies and environments.
- Comfortable in a hybrid working environment.
