Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Manage multiple large-scale projects and national rollouts simultaneously.
• Oversee project execution from initiation through to completion and handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.

Resource & Budget Management

• Allocate and manage project resources effectively.
• Develop, track, and manage project budgets.
• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to financial objectives.

Risk & Quality Management

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project performance and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure all deliverables meet required quality and customer standards.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Manage expectations and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Governance & Reporting

• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reporting.
• Ensure proper project closure, including handover, lessons learned, and final documentation.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification is advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years' project management experience.
• Proven track record managing multiple large-scale projects concurrently.
• Experience delivering telecommunications, IT infrastructure, security, PABX, or connectivity projects.
• Experience managing national rollout projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Monday.com, ClickUp, Visio, or similar platforms.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, or other project management methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent planning, organisational, and time management capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Advantageous Experience

• Experience within the Telecommunications, ICT, Office Automation, or Infrastructure sectors.
• Exposure to security, networking, connectivity, and voice solutions.
• Experience working with large enterprise or multi-site deployment projects.
