Minimum Requirements
- BCom degree and completed CIMA qualification.
- 3-5+ years’ financial experience in a multi-site, branch or regional environment.
- Operational sector exposure is highly preffered.
- Own reliable vehicle and willingness to travel regionally are essential.
- Manage regional financial reporting, costing and month-end processes.
- Analyse operational performance and provide commercial insights.
- Partner with branch management to improve financial controls and decision-making.
- Oversee stock, fixed assets, cash flow and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Independent, detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
