A leading engineering solutions company is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and driving sales growth within the mining and industrial markets.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded sales professional with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering value-added solutions. The successful incumbent will play a key role in expanding market presence while ensuring exceptional customer service and long-term client retention.
Education:
- Matric
- Technical qualification in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Mining or related field advantageous
- Proven experience in external sales or business development
- Experience selling technical, engineering, industrial, or mining-related products and services
- Strong new business development and account management skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Experience preparing quotations, tenders, and technical proposals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver's licence
- Willingness to travel as required
