Warehouse Technician

You will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, auditing, storing, packing, and dispatching stock while ensuring compliance with warehouse procedures and inventory controls. In addition, you will assist with the maintenance, repair, inspection, and replacement of equipment and assets to minimise downtime and support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, audit, and accurately record incoming stock
• Store, organise, and maintain inventory in accordance with company procedures
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders while ensuring stock accuracy
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliations
• Inspect, maintain, repair, and replace equipment and hardware assets
• Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues where applicable
• Ensure warehouse housekeeping, safety, and quality standards are maintained
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and asset allocations
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient operational support
• Assist with inventory control, asset management, and warehouse optimisation initiatives

• Education:
• A+ and N+ Certification (or equivalent qualification)
• Computer Literacy essential
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in technical hardware support and Microsoft software environments
• Experience within a warehouse, inventory, logistics, or technical support environment advantageous
• Linux exposure beneficial
• Relevant vocational training will be considered
