Site Supervisor

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for local operational teams who deliver the day to day aspects of mains laying and new suppliers to developers of all types and sizes.

You will supervise the teams - ensuring that the work is delivered safely on time, within budget and to our client’s expectations. You will provide operational management - ensuing that the work is delivered safely on time, within budget and to our Client’s expectations.

In addition to Health and Safety, customer service is critical to our work. You will ensure that work is carried out in a manner, which builds the confidence of developers and adopts a ‘right first time’ approach. Recognising developers have paid for mains laying and new supplies to their site / property, you will work with the relevant teams to ensure programmes are managed and delivered accordingly.

Satisfaction of developers is measured through a new regulatory measure called D-MeX. You will work closely with Thames Water to influence a dramatic improvement in the D-MeX measure and show management skills to genuinely care about the ratings Developers give of Network Plus’s services.
