Network Plus is a UK utility and infrastructure services contractor with its joint headquarters in Worsley, Greater Manchester, designing, building and maintaining water, wastewater, gas, power and transport networks. As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Network Plus, you’ll play a key role in attracting and securing the talent we need to support our continued growth across the UK.
Working as part of our Talent team, you’ll partner with stakeholders across the business, taking ownership of recruitment activity from initial brief through to offer and onboarding. You’ll combine proactive sourcing and headhunting with strong stakeholder management, providing expert advice and delivering an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
This is a fast-paced, varied role where you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own business areas, build talent pipelines and influence how we attract and engage great people.
