Our client is an established organization based in Mbombela is seeking a driven and technically strong Junior Financial Manager to join its finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to take the next step in their career and gain broad exposure across the full finance function, while working closely with key business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the full finance function
• Assist with payroll-related activities and support
• Ensure ongoing financial and regulatory compliance
• Support budget preparation, forecasting and financial planning
• Coordinate and assist with BBBEE verification processes
• Prepare and analyse financial information to support business decision-making
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure sound financial controls
• Work with the organisation’s Pastel ERP/accounting system

• B Com degree or equivalent finance qualification
• CA(SA) designation preferred
• Candidates currently en route to completing their CA(SA) exams will also be considered
• 0–4 years' relevant experience
• Strong accounting and financial management fundamentals
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Pastel will be advantageous
