Customer Care Logistics Specialist France & Belgium (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• Manage logistics-related customer inquiries for France and Belgium
• Coordinate with suppliers and external logistics partners regarding delivery dates, address changes, and delivery issues
• Follow up on delivery deviations, non-conformity cases, and complaints
• Review logistics invoices, storage costs, and possible discrepancies
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve operational logistics topics
• Keep documentation up to date and ensure proper follow-up on all ongoing cases
• Support the continuous improvement of logistics processes and workflows

Qualifikation

• Native-level French and very good English or German language skills (minimum B2 level)
• Initial experience in logistics, transportation, forwarding, customer service, back office, or operations
• A structured and percise way of working
• Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers and external partners
• Ability to manage and track several cases in parallel
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to take ownership
• Experience in invoice checking, complaint handling, or delivery coordination is a plus
