POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for all required assemblies and installations on coaches while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Perform high-quality and consistent installations and assemblies within your assigned job classification and designated work area.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times.
- Work in an environment that may include regular exposure to vibration and occasional proximity to moving mechanical equipment.
- Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned to support departmental and production needs.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Knowledge of line installations, bench components, and assembly processes related to the assigned job classification.
- Ability to perform all installations and assemblies required within the designated job classification and work area.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, process sheets, and written instructions, and build components or assemblies according to those specifications.
- Proficient with hand tools, air tools, and various other equipment required to complete assigned tasks.
- Ability to use measuring tools to complete precise and accurate work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly (75 lbs. with assistance), perform repetitive movements (bending, kneeling, crouching), and work on elevated surfaces or confined spaces.
- Must be able to stand and walk on hard surfaces for extended periods (up to 10+ hours).
- Maintain regular work schedule and work overtime as needed to support production schedules.

Hourly Wage Rate: $21.45/hr
Standard Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 am - 3:30 pm
