Seeking a Research Assistant to support the final year of a 3-year grant project focused on developing a training model for university counseling and psychological services professionals working with Jewish students. Work will be directed by the Principal Investigator, Dr.JulieAncis.
This is a PAID, remote position of approximately 8-10 hours/week
Main Responsibilities
- Assist with locating several university sites.
- Communicate with multiple parties and schedule meetings as necessary.
- Work on theoretical and empirical manuscripts for publication.
- Keep up to date with, review and summarize relevant literature.
- Opportunities for related research initiatives.
- Locate conference and funding outlets.
- Assist with required report writing.
- Keep multiple folders organized.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Responsible and reliable.
- Excellent written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate student
- Background in psychology, communications, or a related social/behavioral science.
- Familiarity with scholarly writing; experience with qualitative and/or quantitative analysis.
Compensation:
$16/hour
