  • Enforce safety standards in accordance with the company policies and government regulation

  • Provide adequate safety training to new hires, and conduct regular safety meeting to all employees and subcontractors to improve their safety behaviours.

  • Conduct regular inspections of work sites to identify hazards, ensure compliance with safety standards, and check that equipment’s are in proper working order.

  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.

  • Prepare all necessary safety documents and reports according to company and government requirements including conducting incident investigations

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols on site and awareness of common hazards.

  • Ability to handle emergency situations effectively.

  • Have a proven experience atleast 3 years in construction Industry
