At New Soul, we're pioneering a revolution in massage experiences. Merging luxury, the precision of cutting-edge technology, and the age-old artistry of touch, we craft sessions that are more than just treatments – they're transformative journeys.

Launching the Future of Integrated Health

Massage is one of the oldest forms of healing. At newsoul, we are finally giving it the modern, premium stage it deserves. We merge high-end architectural design with data-driven operations and a radical focus on customer experience. The result: a new category of Integrated Health.

Are you tired of "PowerPoint-only" internships? Do you want to be the person who turns a freshly built studio into a living, breathing operation? Who assembles the team, sets every process, and watches the first customer walk through the door knowing the entire launch carries your signature?

As a Founders Associate in this role, you work side by side with the founders and our Senior Launch Manager to bring new newsoul studios to life across Germany and, for the first time, internationally. We opened 7 studios last year, have 13 running today, and another 12 are planned for this year, 2 of which are already live. You'll start by learning our playbook shoulder-to-shoulder with the Launch Manager and grow into someone who can run a launch independently.

Your Responsibilities

Full Launch Ownership: The build-out is done. Now it's your turn. Together with our Senior Launch Manager, you own everything it takes to make a new studio operational: recruiting and onboarding the local team, negotiating with service providers and suppliers, setting up processes, and coordinating all stakeholders from preparation through go-live to post-launch review. The goal: by the end of your internship, you can run a launch on your own.

First Steps into New Markets: You help pioneer newsoul's first international openings in Austria and Switzerland. That means navigating unfamiliar regulatory frameworks, building local supplier and hiring pipelines, and adapting our operational playbook for new markets.

Data-Driven Launch Intelligence: You track ramp-up metrics, operational KPIs, and early customer signals to identify what's working and what needs to change. Those insights go directly to the founding team.

Process Design & Operational Excellence: You don't just follow existing processes. You improve them. Between launches, you work with the Ops team to standardize workflows across studios, close operational gaps, and make sure every next opening runs smoother than the last.

Strategic Operations Projects: Beyond launches, you take on projects that move newsoul's operations forward. That could mean building internal tools, rethinking how information flows between teams, or exploring how AI and automation can replace manual work. The specifics depend on where the biggest lever is. You help find it and you help build it.

Your Role

Strong Academic Foundation: You hold at least a Bachelor's degree and are currently in a Master's program, between degrees, or in a deliberate gap phase before your next step. Your background is in Business or a related discipline.

First Proof Points: You've already gathered hands-on experience in a high-pace environment, whether in consulting, a fast-scaling startup, or a role where you had to figure things out without a manual.

Operational Instinct: You notice when something isn't working before anyone else flags it. And you've already started fixing it by the time they do.

Cross-Border Curiosity: New markets, different rules, unfamiliar cities. Where others see complexity, you see a puzzle worth solving.

Tech- & AI-Affinity: You're curious about how AI and automation can improve operational work. You don't need to be a developer, but you'd rather build a smart workflow than do the same task manually for the third time.

Bilingual Precision: You communicate with equal clarity in a strategy meeting and on a studio floor, in both German and English.

Energized by Speed: Things move fast in an early-stage company, and you like it that way. Shifting priorities don't throw you off. They sharpen your focus.

What You’ll Get

Your Own Launch: By the end of your internship (ideally 6 months, minimum 3), you will have owned a full studio launch end-to-end. Not assisted. Owned.

Founder-Level Exposure: You work directly with the founding team, not through layers. Your ideas reach the people who make decisions the same day. You'll learn firsthand how a fast-growing company scales operationally, from a single studio to an international footprint.

Real-World Results: No slide decks gathering dust. You build something physical that thousands of people will walk into.

International Scope: Very few internships let you help take a brand into new countries. This one does.

Berlin HQ: A beautiful workspace in the heart of Kollwitzkiez and a culture that pairs high performance with genuine well-being.

Academic Flexibility: We're happy to support university projects, internship reports, or ECTS requirements. Your academic goals and this role can work hand in hand.

Fair Compensation: A competitive package that reflects your background, your drive, and the impact you'll have on our growth.
