We are growing very fast and looking for a strong Backend Engineer to join our team and help build our platform from the ground up!

You'll work on core product capabilities, own projects end-to-end, and help shape the architecture of a company building in one of the most exciting areas of cybersecurity today.

This is a hands-on engineering role with significant ownership and influence over both technical decisions and product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable microservices and APIs using Python and Go.
• Own projects from design through implementation and production deployment.
• Build cloud-native systems across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Work with large-scale data pipelines, analytics systems, and backend infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Research, and Engineering teams.
• Help define engineering standards, architecture, and best practices.
• Contribute to the technical direction of the company as we scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with a strong backend focus.
• Strong experience with Python and Go.
• Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and cloud architecture.
• Experience building highly scalable and highly available systems.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and modern data platforms such as ClickHouse, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
• Experience building dashboards, analytics interfaces, or data-heavy applications.
• Background in cybersecurity, preferably within the identity domain.
• Strong sense of ownership and execution.

• Experience in fast-growing startups.
• Experience from elite military technology units or equivalent technical environments.
