Join our team as a Process Engineering Manager, where you will be responsible for defining and optimizing process parameters, validating and recording changes to the process, and coaching the production department to reduce production costs. You will also coordinate the drafting and dissemination of manufacturing procedures, promote continuous improvement, and ensure the organization has the necessary expertise and versatility. The ideal candidate will have a degree in industrial engineering or a minimum of 5-7 years of industrial manufacturing experience.
