Join our team as a Senior Purchaser at our state-of-the-art facility in Charleston, SC. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering purchasing strategies and savings, managing local site purchasing and vendor management, and supporting the definition of category strategy. You will also lead negotiations, manage contracts, and contribute to supplier market analysis. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 1-5 years of purchasing experience, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Missions

  • Deliver purchasing strategies and savings in main categories, acting as a link across functions and teams.
  • Responsible for Local Site Purchasing and Local Vendor Management, including reassessment of needs, launch of RFI, RFQ contract designs.
  • Lead negotiations to select the best supplier, manage contracts and their follow-up, and contribute to the mitigation of claims.
