Nexperia is a Dutch semiconductor company created in 2017 when NXP separated its standard products division, and it makes the discrete transistors, diodes, logic devices and power management chips that appear in almost every electronic product. These are high-volume, low-price parts shipped in the tens of billions annually, where the competitive question is manufacturing cost and supply reliability rather than design sophistication. Headquartered in Nijmegen and owned by the Chinese group Wingtech, it has been at the centre of European and British government interventions over foreign ownership of semiconductor capacity.

  • Coordinate 8D activities with manufacturing sites, Business Groups, Failure Analysis teams, and other technical functions.
  • Track containment actions, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions, escalating delays or risks when required.
  • Provide customers and Account Managers with timely, accurate, and aligned quality updates.
  • Review customer requests for failure analysis and ensure the required technical information and samples are available.
  • Coordinate internal functions during customer escalations and maintain clear ownership and action tracking.

  • Ensure consistent customer communication and failure-analysis handling.
  • Manage multiple customer-quality cases simultaneously while maintaining speed, technical accuracy, clear ownership, and timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in China and an international network of Sales Quality Engineers, manufacturing sites, Business Groups, and global Quality teams.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
  • Experience in Quality, Customer Quality, manufacturing, engineering, or technical customer support.
  • Working knowledge of structured problem-solving methods such as 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa.
  • Ability to understand technical investigation results and translate them into clear customer communication.
  • Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to communicate confidently with customers.
  • Structured and disciplined approach to follow-up and action tracking.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, urgent issues, and deadlines.
  • Strong cross-functional and intercultural collaboration skills.
