Nexperia is a Dutch semiconductor company created in 2017 when NXP separated its standard products division, and it makes the discrete transistors, diodes, logic devices and power management chips that appear in almost every electronic product. These are high-volume, low-price parts shipped in the tens of billions annually, where the competitive question is manufacturing cost and supply reliability rather than design sophistication. Headquartered in Nijmegen and owned by the Chinese group Wingtech, it has been at the centre of European and British government interventions over foreign ownership of semiconductor capacity.

As a Digital Supply Chain Consultant, you will help Nexperia's Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization transform business priorities and complex information needs into trusted, scalable reporting and analytics solutions. As part of the Strategy, Governance & Performance team, you will act as a bridge between SCM stakeholders and technology partners, enabling data-driven decision making, operational excellence, and digital transformation across the supply chain.

You will support a broad range of SCM processes, including planning, order fulfillment, inventory management, manufacturing coordination, logistics and transportation, customer supply chain, governance, performance management, and reporting.

What You Will Do

  • Create and maintain standardized reporting data models, business definitions, KPI frameworks, and reporting logic to support SCM business intelligence solutions.

  • Map end-to-end supply chain processes and identify opportunities for process optimization, digital enablement, and enhanced use of business information.

  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into reporting, analytics, and solution specifications.

  • Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable business insights.

  • Design, develop, and improve dashboards, reports, metrics, and analytical solutions that support operational and strategic decision making.

  • Drive self-service business intelligence adoption by developing reusable reporting assets, business guidance, and analytics best practices.

  • Collaborate closely with IT, Enterprise Architecture, Business Solutions, and development teams to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.

  • Monitor data quality, reporting accuracy, usability, and solution effectiveness while promoting continuous improvement.

  • Provide stakeholder consultation, user guidance, and analytical support to drive supply chain performance excellence.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Management, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Digital Supply Chain, Business Consulting, or a related field.

  • Experience supporting supply chain functions through reporting, analytics, process improvement, or digital transformation initiatives, with a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, information flows, and key performance drivers.

  • Proven experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable reporting, analytics, and data solutions.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities with the ability to convert complex data into actionable business insights.

  • Knowledge of data modelling, KPI design, SQL, and data warehouse concepts.

  • Experience with business intelligence, reporting, and self-service BI solutions, including exposure to advanced analytics, automation, statistical analysis, or AI-enabled analytics tools. Reporting, analytics, and self-service BI solutions.

  • Knowledge of data quality management, reporting governance, usability standards, and solution performance monitoring.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English, with the ability to convey analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences and to build alignment and drive outcomes without direct authority.

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, international, and fast-paced environments.

  • Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement.
