Project Manager
The Project Manager, initiates, manages and drives projects and activities into a successful execution and completion on time and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of semiconductor technologies and project management principles, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-phase projects.For projects this will follow BCAM-X project milestones and gates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets. Coordinate and manage project activities to ensure timely and successful completion.
Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers and designers. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Define competencies and resources needed and build up a performing project team across organizations.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively. Track project expenditures and maintain cost control.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
SKILLS /COMPETENCIES
Hard Skills:
Experience in project management
Solid knowledge of semiconductor technology
Fluent in spoken and written English
Good MS Office knowledge
Soft Skills:

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Show initiative, take ownership and have an entrepreneurial attitude

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related subjects
8-10 years of experience of project management preferable in semiconductor industry
Strong track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
PMP/PMI or Prince2 certification will be an added advantage
