Engineer, Process (Mold)

About the role:

• The Process Engineer is responsible for supporting manufacturing through the implementation of Process related issues.

What you will do:

• Set up line support to enable 24x7 coverage on assembly process issues.
• Monitor KPIs and dashboards daily to ensure performance visibility.
• Ensure a stable process by continuously identifying the risks in the in-process control and firewall.
• Conduct risk assessments and scoping of processes and products.
• Perform root cause analysis, technical simulations, and corrective actions for line and customer issues.
• Drive continuous process capability improvement and establish strong process control and firewall.
• Responsible for characterization of new processes or material changes and implementing controls.
• Benchmark and implement best practices across operations.
• Capacity increase through engineering solutions.
• Performs root cause analysis, technical simulation studies, and corrective actions for customer/line chronic issues.
• Drive alternate source material qualification for cost/DFPC improvement.

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with knowledge of semiconductor processes and/or material science.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in process engineering, preferably within semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience in Mold processes, including process characterization, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Strong proficiency in SPC, DOE, FMEA, DFM, MRAT, change management, problem-solving analysis, and lean manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) and analytical platforms such as SAS JMP or Minitab.
• Skilled in data-driven problem solving and capable of applying engineering solutions to improve yield, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Effective leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude and innovative mindset.
• Results-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented, with excellent risk-based thinking.
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and under pressure, while managing multiple tasks effectively.
