The Job
You’ll help customers get the most out of digital products and services, supporting them through phone, email and chat.
Your tasks include:
- Helping customers with questions and technical issues
- Troubleshooting and finding the right solution
- Working with CRM and ticketing systems
- Following established processes and support guidelines
- Building knowledge of digital products and technology
- Working towards customer satisfaction and quality targets
You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer support, troubleshooting, CRM systems and digital products - useful skills for a future career in tech, customer experience or international business.
Requirements
You:
- Speak Norwegian fluently
- Have good English skills
- Enjoy helping and communicating with people
- Are comfortable learning new systems and technology
- Are solution-oriented and curious
- Want to live and work abroad
Previous customer service or tech experience is welcome, but not required.
