We're looking for Swedish speakers to join an international airline customer support team in Athens, Greece.
You'll work with flight reservations, ticket changes and passenger support - while learning how customer operations work behind the scenes in the airline industry.
What You'll Do
You'll support passengers, travel agencies and corporate customers with their journeys.
Your daily work will include:
- Helping customers book and manage flights
- Changing existing reservations
- Supporting passengers with cancellations and refunds
- Explaining ticket rules, fares and policies
- Providing travel and flight information
- Supporting travel agencies and corporate partners
- Resolving booking-related customer issues
- Delivering customer service for a major international airline
Learn Amadeus & Airline Reservations
One of the most valuable parts of this role is the experience you'll gain with airline reservation systems, including Amadeus.
You'll learn more about:
- Amadeus
- Airline reservation systems
- Flight bookings and ticketing
- Fare rules and ticket conditions
- Reservation changes and cancellations
- Passenger support
- Airline customer operations
You don't need to know all of this before you start - training is provided.

Requirements
You:
- Speak Swedish fluently
- Have a good level of English
- Enjoy helping people and solving problems
- Are comfortable learning new systems
- Are organised and service-minded
- Are interested in travel, aviation or international work
- Are ready to live and work in Athens
Previous customer service, travel or hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential.
