Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ด้าน IT Support หรือ Help Desk 5-8 ปี
- ความเข้าใจในระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows และ macOS รวมถึงโปรแกรม Microsoft Office
- ความรู้พื้นฐานด้านเครือข่าย (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) และการแก้ไขปัญหาการเชื่อมต่อ
- ความรู้ด้านระบบเครือข่าย LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, Router และ Switch
- ความสามารถในการดูแลอีเมลบริษัทและบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน Microsoft 365 หรือ Google Workspace

- ความสามารถในการจัดทำทะเบียนทรัพย์สิน IT ควบคุมลิขสิทธิ์ซอฟต์แวร์ และประสานงานผู้ให้บริการภายนอก
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา รวมถึงการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงาน
