NeXtWind betreibt und entwickelt Windenergieanlagen in Deutschland mit dem Ziel, bis 2028 auf 3 GW zu wachsen. Unser Data & IT-Team baut die interne Dateninfrastruktur als Produkt: Airtable als operativer Kern, automatisierte Prozesse und AI-Use-Cases in der Pipeline. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für unsere Datenplattform - von der Architektur bis zur Adoption.

Deine Aufgaben

Datenplattform

Airtable-Architektur weiterentwickeln, pflegen und dokumentieren (Bases, Interfaces, Automations, Skripte)
Datenmodelle designen: Feldstandards, Naming Conventions, Tabellenbeziehungen - konsistent und zukunftsfähig
Schnittstellenmanagement ausbauen: Interfaces für Fachabteilungen bauen und iterieren
Automatisierte Reports aufsetzen und betreiben
Datenqualitätsprozesse definieren und gemeinsam mit den Teams einführen
AI- und Automatisierungs-Use-Cases identifizieren und mitumsetzen
Self-Service-Zugang für Fachabteilungen ausbauen

Dein Profil

Muss

Airtable: tiefes Verständnis von Bases, Interfaces, Automations und Scripting
Datenarchitektur: strukturiertes Denken in Datenmodellen, Abhängigkeiten und Standards
Sehr gutes Deutsch (Unternehmenssprache, schriftlich und mündlich)
Gutes Englisch (Teamkommunikation, externe Partner)
Eigenverantwortung: du bringst Dinge zu Ende, auch ohne Micromanagement
Kommunikationsstärke: du kannst technische Konzepte für Nicht-Techniker verständlich machen

Von Vorteil

Erfahrung mit weiteren No-Code/Low-Code-Tools (z.B. Claude, n8n, Power Automate) und API-Verwendung
Python oder andere Scripting-Kenntnisse
Erfahrung in der Energie- oder Infrastrukturbranche
