AI Software Engineer - LLM / Agentic Systems

Responsibilities:

• Architect and deploy intelligent agents powered by LLMs on GCP.
• Work deep in LLM internals: prompt tuning, embeddings, vector DBs, agent workflows.
• Build with LangChain, LangSmith, and similar LLM development tooling.
• Own backend systems end-to-end, from design through production deployment.
• Engage directly with clients to understand needs and ship solutions that solve real problems.
• Collaborate closely with a small, high-ownership team shaping the product from the ground up.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of professional AI engineering experience with a track record of shipping LLM-based features to production.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangSmith, or comparable agent frameworks not just familiarity; actual project ownership.
• Expert-level Python and working SQL.
• Deep understanding of embeddings, vector databases, and agent workflow design.
• Experience deploying on cloud platforms (GCP strongly preferred) with Docker.
• Comfort working with AI-native dev tools like Cursor or Lovable.
• Solid backend/software engineering fundamentals; this isn't a notebook-only role.

Good to Have:

• Prior exposure to healthcare, fintech, or other regulated-industry SaaS products.
• Experience in a small, high-ownership startup environment.
• Direct client-facing or forward-deployed engineering experience.
