About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Pune. You will turn briefs and marketing strategies into visually striking designs that communicate brand messages clearly. You will work closely with the Art Director and the wider team, deliver on tight timelines, and guide junior designers along the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Alignment: Interpret briefs carefully and keep all visual work consistent with the brand's identity, voice, values and guidelines.
• Design Creation: Create static and dynamic layouts, including motion graphics, for marketing materials such as social media content and email campaigns.
• Concept Visualization: Turn abstract ideas and marketing strategies into compelling visual concepts that support campaign objectives.
• Creative Delivery: Deliver high-quality visual content on time, meet client expectations and resolve client concerns promptly.
• Collaboration: Work with the Art Director and cross-functional teams to produce visual assets for campaigns and marketing collateral.
• Strategy-Led Execution: Create designs that support strategy and resonate with the target audience.
• Mentorship: Guide, review and develop junior designers.
• Communication: Keep stakeholders updated on project status and milestones, and present design concepts to clients and internal teams.
• Continuous Learning: Keep up with design methodologies, creative ideation and emerging marketing trends.

Requirements

Experience

• 3-8 years of experience creating designs, concepts and layouts, with a strong grasp of layout principles and aesthetics.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools.
• Hands-on experience in motion graphics and animation (After Effects) for social media, ads and email creatives.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong skills in both static design and motion graphics.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior designers.
• Creative vision for developing concepts that align with brand strategy.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for clients and stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail and pixel-perfect output.
