Job Purpose:

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Jewelry products and provide excellent customer service to support sales.

Primary Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting customers in the shops.
• Demonstrating product knowledge and providing recommendations.
• Supporting sales transactions.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of displays.
• Undertaking periodic stock management activities.
• Handling customer enquiries.
• Providing weekly sales reports
• Fluent in English 

Person specification

Academic qualification

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or Sales Management.

Professional certification 

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in retail sales (Jewellery experience preferred).
