So, what’s the role all about?

Join our SingaporeProfessional Services team and help financial institutions turn business and regulatory needs into practical solutions. You will work with APACclients and regional colleagues across the delivery lifecycle, from analysis & design through testing and implementation. 

How will you make an impact?

• Implement AML and financial crime technology solutions for customer delivery projects. 
• Develop, configureand support custom components using Java, JavaScript, SQL, scriptingand API integrations. 
• Design and implement integrations with customer systems, internal platformsand third-party services. 
• Write clean, secure, efficientand maintainable code aligned with delivery quality standards. 
• Support deployment, troubleshooting and operational readiness across on-premises, cloud platformsand container-based environments where applicable. 
• Collaborate with businessanalysts, architects, productand project teams to shape practical solution options and support delivery. 
• Communicate clearly with clientand internal stakeholders, helping maintainalignment from the sales handover through delivery. 
• Build knowledge of NiCEActimizesolutions and contribute toknowledge sharing and continuous improvement. 

Have you got what it takes?

• 8+ years of solution implementation experience withinthe financial services industry, such as banking, brokerageor insurance. 
• Experience working with clients in a Professional Services, technology delivery, or enterprise software implementation environment. 
• Confident communication skills with the ability to engage clients and collaborate with internal teams in English. 
• Strong custom development experience, preferably with Java, with exposure to JavaScript, scriptingand API-based integrations. 
• Strong SQL experience for implementation, troubleshooting, data analysisand performance tuning using MSSQL, Oracle or PostgreSQL. 
• Ableto translate functional and business requirements into technical specifications and implementation tasks. 
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ownership mindsetand ability to work independently across multiple workstreams. 

Good to have:

• Knowledge of Actimize or similar AML, fraud, compliance, riskor financial crime solutions is an advantage. 
• Experience withAWS cloud platforms, Dockerand Kubernetes, YAML manifests, GitHub, Jenkinsand CI/CD pipeline practices. 
• Exposure to application servers, web servers, Unix environments and command-line operations. 
• Interestin AI-enabled delivery automation or tools that improve implementation efficiency.

• Clients receive reliable, well-tested implementation deliverables that meet approved requirements. 
• Technical designs, configurations, code changesand integrations are clearly documented and easy for project teams to use. 
• Data, integration, deploymentand performance risks are identified early and managed proactively. 
• Technical issues are investigated, communicatedand resolved in a structured and timelymanner. 
• You continue to grow your technical depth across NiCEActimizesolutions, AML implementation practicesand cloud-based delivery models.
