Associate Manager, Consumer Insights
随着中国科技与耐用消费品（Tech & Durable）行业客户对消费者洞察需求从定制化研究项目逐步转向标准化、可复制和可规模化的创新解决方案，NIQ正在持续升级围绕 Innovation、NPS及消费者洞察的产品化能力。 作为Tech & Durable Innovation业务线的重要成员，Customer Success Manager将负责客户项目交付、客户价值实现及长期客户成功管理，通过专业的消费者研究能力和行业洞察，帮助客户将研究结果转化为业务决策与产品创新行动。 该岗位既是客户值得信赖的洞察顾问，也是连接客户需求、研究团队和产品团队的重要桥梁。
主要职责
1. Client Success & Strategic Partnership
- 作为客户日常主要接口，建立并维护长期稳定的客户关系
- 深入理解科技与耐用消费品客户的业务战略、产品规划及创新需求
- 主动识别客户业务痛点及增长机会，帮助客户充分发挥洞察价值
- 通过持续的咨询与建议，推动客户长期合作及客户满意度提升
- 成为客户在消费者洞察、产品创新及用户体验领域的可信赖顾问
2. Consumer Research Delivery & Project Leadership
- 负责消费者研究项目的整体交付与管理，确保项目按时、高质量完成
- 主导项目执行过程中各关键环节，包括： 需求澄清/研究设计/项目管理/结果分析/Insight Storytelling/成果汇报
- 与研究团队、运营团队及技术团队紧密合作，确保项目顺利落地
- 确保研究结果能够有效支持客户商业决策
3. Insight Generation & Business Consulting
- 将复杂的消费者研究数据转化为清晰、可执行的商业洞察
- 帮助客户回答： 消费者需求是什么？ 产品创新机会在哪里？ 哪些因素驱动消费者选择？ 如何优化产品体验及市场表现？
- 从消费者视角帮助客户解决增长、创新及用户运营问题
- 支持客户基于研究成果制定产品及市场策略
- 4年以上市场研究、消费者洞察、用户研究、创新研究或咨询行业经验
- 具有科技（Technology）或耐用消费品（Durables）行业研究经验
- 熟悉消费电子、智能硬件、家电、3C产品等相关行业者优先
- 有客户管理、项目管理及研究交付经验
- 深刻理解消费者研究方法论，能够从研究数据中提炼关键洞察并形成商业建议
- 具备优秀的数据分析能力及逻辑思维能力
