Senior Product Manager - AI Agent

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Veeva China CRM. You will lead the development of core services and frameworks that underpin our entire application suite. Your mission will be to build a platform that is scalable, robust, and highly developer-friendly. In this role, your primary focus will be to inject AI and intelligent capabilities into the platform, building the foundational engine that drives agents across the Life Sciences industry.

What You'll Do

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the core CRM platform, with a strong focus on AI and intelligent services.
• Own the full product lifecycle of platform services, from concept and strategic planning to working closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Translate complex business challenges and developer requirements into scalable, innovative platform strategies.
• Define and optimize core platform services to support the creation and operation of intelligent applications, ensuring high reliability, performance, and usability.
• Define agent integration capabilities, including agent interactions with enterprise systems and business processes, agent-to-agent collaboration and interoperability (e.g., via open protocols like MCP and A2A), and onboarding third-party or custom-built customer agents.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with a significant background in building platform products, AI Agents, APIs, or developer frameworks.
• Must possess a strong technical background, such as a Computer Science degree or hands-on software development experience.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• A strong passion for product quality with mature product design capabilities, capable of turning complex technical features into intuitive, powerful platform services.
• Exceptional skills in analyzing customer and developer needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to partner effectively with deep technical engineering teams.
• Fast learner capable of quickly mastering complex technical architectures and domain-specific business knowledge.
