Qualitative Research Manager, Tech & Durable Industry

主要职责
一、客户管理与战略合作
- 负责科技与耐用品行业重点客户的日常管理与战略合作。
- 与客户高层（市场部、消费者洞察部、产品部、创新部及战略部门）建立长期伙伴关系。
- 深入理解客户业务挑战，并转化为有价值的研究解决方案。
- 主导客户项目汇报及高层沟通。
- 提供具有商业价值和可执行性的消费者洞察建议。
- 持续提升客户满意度及合作深度。
二、研究项目管理与专业领导
- 独立领导定性研究项目全流程，包括：品牌研究、产品创新研究、概念测试、用户体验研究（UX）、消费者旅程研究、品牌传播研究、零售与购物者研究。
- 设计研究框架与方法论。
- 指导访谈、焦点小组及其他定性研究执行工作。
- 完成分析、策略洞察提炼及故事线搭建。
- 整合多维度数据输出商业建议。
- 推动数字化及创新研究方法的应用。
三、业务拓展与商业增长
- 负责所辖客户业务增长及收入目标达成。
- 主导项目提案撰写及客户竞标工作。
- 挖掘现有客户及潜在客户商业机会。
- 与销售及客户团队协同推动客户增长计划。
- 参与行业洞察发布及市场影响力建设。

- 深入了解消费者行为变化、技术创新及市场动态。
- 输出行业观点及研究成果。
- 代表公司参与行业论坛、客户活动及市场交流。
- 统招本科及以上学历。
- 5年以上市场研究、消费者洞察、咨询相关经验。
- 丰富的定性研究项目经验。
- 具有科技与耐用品行业（T&D）客户服务经验。
- 优秀的客户管理及顾问式服务能力。
- 能够独立管理复杂项目及客户关系。
- 出色的分析能力、洞察能力及商业思维。
- 优秀的中英文沟通及汇报能力。
