Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Delivered 2-4 end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
  • Expertise in Apex, Apex Triggers, Apex Web Services, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Extensive experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and working with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, security model, and governor limits.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customisation, including: Flows, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules.
  • Experience implementing enterprise integrations using: REST APIs, SOAP APIs, OAuth 2.0 Platform Events, External systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce deployment methodologies, AppExchange packages, Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and source control tools (Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, etc. ).
  • Experience in customisation of Salesforce standard functionality.
  • Good understanding of the complete Salesforce implementation lifecycle and packaged solution development.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, XML, HTML/CSS, and related web technologies.
  • Ability to independently drive solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Experience working directly with customers, gathering requirements, and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, Agentforce, or other AI-powered CRM solutions.
