AI Education Lead

Position Overview
NiMo Solutions is seeking an AI Education Lead to build and manage practical AI training programs for Cambodian business owners and SMEs. This role will turn business needs into effective learning experiences, ensuring participants can apply AI in marketing, sales, customer service, and operations.

* Key Responsibilities
- Research Cambodian SME training needs, customer segments, competitors, and market gaps.
- Define learning pathways, course positioning, objectives, outcomes, and delivery formats.
- Design practical AI courses for business owners, including assessments and real-business assignments.
- Lead development and quality review of lesson plans, slides, workbooks, templates, and case studies.
Coordinate and coach AI Business Trainers and other subject-matter experts.
- Plan pilot workshops and classes with Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
- Measure course completion, learner satisfaction, practical adoption, and improvements against baseline indicators.
- Update curricula as AI tools, local business needs, and responsible-use practices evolve.
- Prepare program budgets, timelines, progress reports, and recommendations for new offerings.

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in education/training, curriculum development, business consulting, digital transformation, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of generative AI applications in business functions such as marketing, sales, and operations.
- Ability to design structured learning programs for adult learners.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Professional communication in Khmer and English.

- Probation salary: USD 500–650/month
- Regular salary: USD 650–850/month

- Experience launching training programs from scratch.
- Experience working with Cambodian SMEs or entrepreneurs.
- Hands-on AI implementation, workshop facilitation, or corporate training experience.
- Ability to evaluate training impact using practical business metrics.
