Supervisor, Warehouse

Scope of Responsibilities:
Supervisor, Warehouse to oversee the warehouse operations and play a critical role in ensuring efficient loading and unloading in warehouse, maintaining safety standards, and managing a dedicated team to meet the company's supply chain objectives.

Key Accountability:
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring processes are carried out efficiently and safely.
- Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage and timely delivery of finish good to customers
- Oversee inventory control, including receiving, storing, and issuing paint products. Conduct regular stock audits to maintain accuracy.
- Receive Trading Product from Thailand
- Receive sale order from team OB and arrange picking for deliver
- Check and verify Product before delivery to customers
- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse group
- Organize and maintain finish goods for storage area
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload
- Analyze warehouse layout and implement improvements to maximize space utilization and streamline operations.
- Ensure accuracy of physically and data in BPCS system
- Follow up productivity of work in the warehouse
- Uploading daily report for Finance and Related team
- Physically stock count by monthly
- Communicating and coordinating with other department and customers
- Other duties assign by Manager, Supply Chain

- Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in the manufacturing or paint industry.
- Time management skills and the ability to delegate
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills.
